Interim LCP Update

This is a fairly small update to the LCP that collates some typo-fixes and a couple mechanical revisions that reflect playtest experience (Huge shoutout to Alaen and Reconus on the Lancer discord for respectively setting an entire map on fire with the Tametomo and for tirelessly running my NPCs). These changes ARE NOT reflected in the pdf yet. The pdf is going to be seeing a larger revision soon enough as I update the setting information, so in the meantime there will be a few inconsistencies between them. If you find a difference between the lcp and the pdf that isn't mentioned in the changelog, please let me know! I may have just forgotten to put it in the log (as this is an update that's happened piecemeal over months), or it may be an actual error I haven't caught yet. Thank you for playing, and have fun!

Changelog:

  • Wasteborn III: GAMMA FLOOD: Reduced Hazardous Wreck auras from Burst 2 to Burst 1
  •  Fixed missing word in Couatl's My Plumage trait so it now correctly triggers at the end of a hostile character's turn
  • Added the Eye Spy trait to the Sicklewing because I think it's fun
  • Changed the Fennel's Iron Defilade trait; instead of a regenerating overshield, it now gives you pseudo-cover against anyone close to one of your drones
  • Changed the Parvati-Class NHP dramatically because I never liked how Hornet Rounds were implemented. She now turns things into a Nexus and gives them Smart + Seeking, and 1/round spends a charge for special controller ammo effects.
  • Fixed a typo on the Peppercorn's Plasma Caster that had the wrong Range and effect description
  • Gave Amphora Drones the Unique tag (they always should have had it anyway)
  • Updated the fluff on Nano-Ceramite Vessel, which isn't a meaningful changelog entry but Anise is important to my heart

NPCs:

  • Interceptors: Their SMG lost AP except against their Marked target
  • Vectors: Changed the timing on Microjet Lances. Instead of firing at the end of the next round, they persist until someone voluntarily moves through their area, then fire at them. This should reduce the mental overhead of trying to track rounds for a ton of different lances at once, and also makes them a bit nastier as controllers.
